Update

    So post has been very spotty lately. I apologize for that. But there has been a lot of stuff going on personally and in the family. Which has taken priority. New stuff is coming. Hopefully even some real flipping content as opposed to just the pic dumps that have been so prevalent as of late.
Thought I should give an update. You folks have a better one. I'm trying the same on my end.
