Why are there no lizardman stats? Well that's because every tribe is a bit different. Some are fast like a little skink, but physically weak. (S1 Q4)
Some are massive and strong, but slow and lethargic. (S4 Q1)
Some are somewhere in between or completely different.
One might attack you with a simple wooden club, made from a downed branch. (DMG 2)
Another might use a shark tooth club. (DMG 3)
Yet another may use a sickle forged of bronze. (DMG 2)
Skills is another area that is variable. Some tribes are known as great trackers. Other amazing climbers. Some of the tribes have domesticated dinos and ride them. Its really dependant on the tribe.
