Intoxication
People now and again find themselves indulging in alcohol. Despite the prohibition enacted in 1920. People drinking must make an ST for every shot of liquor or beer consumed. If they fail they take 1d4 bruise damage. If successful no bruise damage. Regardless if you succeed or fail, you receive a -1 to all actions (Including ST) per beer or shot.
